Founded back in 1994, Insomniac Games is an independent videogame developer that has released award-winning hits for PlayStation, PS2 and now PS3 for over 14 years. We created the first three Spyro the Dragon games and the Ratchet & Clank franchise, which have combined to sell over 20 million copies worldwide and have won numerous awards. Insomniac Games is also the team behind, Resistance: Fall of Man, Ratchet and Clank Future: Tools of Destruction, and now launching soon - Resistance 2!

We are based in beautiful downtown Burbank, CA where the sun shines just about every day of the year, and are now expanding east! We are super excited to be opening a new studio in North Carolina! We attribute our continued success and stability to a philosophy based on five key principles, covering everyone from the CEO to our QA Testers: quality over quantity; innovation; collaboration; efficiency; and independence. Today, the company has grown to more than 150 hard-working, creative individuals, but we still hold onto the feel of a small indie developer, and the kitchen to prove it.
