Made test mock-up for internal aircraft structure tests for reducing weight of aircraft but maintaining structure integrity. Aircraft prototype co-designer on many various programs and craft as engineering aid for engineers and tooling specialists. For F-22 my team developed pressure form dies to shape thin titanium to form production parts. Designed lay-up mandrels to shape & cure composite material in an autoclave for B-2, Darkstar, and 737, 767, F-22 and JSF. Designed crash safety devises for escaping a crashed V-22 Osprey. Working directly with client, Pratt & Whitney, to set-up airframe structures and internal components (fuel line, electrical wire, check systems & fire suppression) for the F119 engine on the F-22 Program, participated in demonstrations for removing and replacing a F119 engine using no power tools on an F-22 mockup for The Boeing Company and the Pentagon. Reconditioned and redesign tools for the AWACS E-767 program avionics radar dome. Test hardware integrity for black box for Comanche Helicopter. Design fittings and manufacture tooling to create and mount avionics cheek fittings for various military aircraft. Tool design support with McDonnell Douglas, designing hydraulic test bench tools for very-high pressure tests for maneuvering thrusters for Delta III and Delta IV rockets. Redesigned the Floor Mounted Equipment tools for the assembly of the 747 from the 747-200 to the 747-400ABL (Air Born Laser). I took lead position in safety for machine shop and product assembly areas for the AFT Center Section on the F-22 program including shipping sub assembly part in container for the transportation of the product to be moved to final assembly factory using a C-5 Galaxy or C-17 Globemaster cargo jets. Part redesign and support rule in AOG Team (Airplane-On-ground) for The Boeing Commercial Jets. Creator and presenter on F-22 programs using the CATIA/COMOK SGI fly-thru system in Onyx VR Cave for: Engine Bay F-22 and YF-22 proto type video for the USAF and The Boeing Company.
