Microsoft Game Studios’ 343 Industries is looking for a Lead SDE to join the Halo Waypoint team, and develop new experiences in the Halo universe. Responsibilities

You will be the Lead of a dev team building a long lived client platform and suite of game and community experiences from the ground up. You will work with artists, designers, developers and testers as well as several external teams - including other MGS studios and the Xbox Platform team.

Specific focus areas include:
- Building and leading a team of ~4 developers
- Building UI, game, and community features that are cutting-edge
- Architecting a platform of technology to support multiple feature releases over many years
- Guiding and mentoring more junior developers
