Outreach Supervisor

Description

DreamWorks Animation’s Outreach Program is founded upon strong relationships with key university programs in art, animation and computer graphics. Every year, we work with a wide range of schools across the country and overseas, to identify students who might have potential as DreamWorks artists or engineers. Open positions vary from year to year, but include all major production departments. We look for talented students who are energetic, dedicated, resourceful and full of ideas.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and foster relationships with key university programs.
- Create and deliver presentations to academic partners and students.
- Create and plan unique special events at the universities, conferences, and onsite at our studio locations.
- Work closely with our new hires providing support during their on-boarding, mentor development and training.
- Develop a strong understanding of production work flows to better support production management and executives in their hiring strategies and casting.
- Other duties include managing support staff, budget oversight and project management.
