Senior FX Developer

Description

MPC is seeking a senior developer to join their R&D team and work on FX-related technologies, libraries and plugins. These involve particle, rigid-body, cloth and fluid simulation tools, as well as volumetric rendering and shader-based effects.

The responsibilities for this role include:
- researching and developing simulation technologies and workflows
- extending and maintaining existing systems
- liaising with FX TDs to initially plan and later test tools
- documenting and presenting technologies to interested parties from both R&D and production
- keeping up-to-date with relevant technologies and how they can be efficiently implemented
