Description
MPC is one of the world's leading post production facilities creating high-end digital visual effects for the television and feature film industries. Developing new visual effects techniques and creating cutting edge productivity tools is vital to MPC’s continued success. This is the responsibility of the R&D team where MPC seeks to appoint a Coordinator to help organise projects and coordinate the team’s activities. The appointee's core responsibilities would include:
• Assisting with day to day scheduling of project tasks using ms project.
• Assisting with day to day coordination and scheduling of support tasks.
• Liaise with all shows in London and Vancouver to ensure correct prioritisation of support tasks where needed.
• Capture decisions and requests in meetings and ensure these are acted on and documented where needed.
• Assist with day to day admin such as processing holiday requests and invoicing.
• Schedule meetings where required.
• Ensure necessary lines of communication are established and maintained.
• Stay informed about show and facility developments in order to facilitate all of the above.
• Scheduling team meetings and taking minutes.
