Game Content Manager

Description

At the head office for International Production, you will be part of the publishing team in charge of the content of Ubisoft games and you will provide follow-up for the content of a portfolio of games developed by the company, in close collaboration with the teams involved in game development (Gameplay programmer, Technical Director, Creative Director, Game designer, etc.).

Your main tasks will be as follows:

- Ensuring the proper application of content and quality publishing guidelines in the various projects
- Putting action plans into place to improve content and ensure their implementation on the ground
- Guiding teams so that they successfully attain each development stage
- Advising studios in order to “realign” content, if necessary, on precise points in terms of Game Design, Level Design, accessibility, graphics, ergonomics etc.
- Drafting new, clear and structured quality guidelines for the attention of the teams in order to ensure that intentions as to Gameplay and Game Design are understood, and to optimise the efficiency of the department
