Sr. Software Engineer- Customer Service Tools
Description
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to create and manage a suite of Customer Service tools. This person is responsible for creating an overall architecture, working with game engineers to realize that architecture, and manage and mentor junior programmers working on the project.
Responsibilities:
• Ability to write sustainable, bug-free code
• Collaborate with game engineers to interface with MMO game servers
• Maintain ownership of a tools platform used by a team of customer service reps
• Manage and mentor junior programmers
