Avid Technician / Post Production Facilities Engin

Description

The Avid Technician / Post Production Facilities Engineer will be responsible for repairing, maintaining and providing technical and operational support for all networking, production, and related post-production equipment within the production department at Rockstar Games.

Responsibilities:

• Applicants should have knowledge of Avid adrenalin editing systems, Black Magic, Protools, Adobe Premier, and be familiar with providing media set to TV delivery specs and formats.
• Engineer will be responsible for making video compressions for web and should have a thorough working knowledge of video compression software, Windows XP and Mac operating systems.
• Other duties included maintenance of the fiber network storage system (Facilis), data and media organization management, and back up and offsite storage.
