As a Game Designer you are responsible the design and development of the creative vision and fun factor of the product. This includes spec’ing game interfaces, developing story lines, writing proposals, treatments, and dialog scripts, and defining game play mechanics. Wholly accountable for defining, documenting, maintaining, and communicating the complete game design for all studio game designers.

Responsibilities
• Work with a game team to clearly define all aspects of the game that impact the end-user, including gameplay, interface, plot, premise, script, animation, sound, art style, etc
• Manage the ongoing development of the game design documentation to ensure that it remains accurate and up-to-date.
• Works with the Studio Lead – Art to develop a collaborative vision of the product’s art direction
• Works with the producer to evaluate feature, schedule, and resource trade-offs and make informed, long-term recommendations
• Ensure a fun, consistent, and competitive product within the scope of the project
• Be an active participant/contributor in the game design process.
