Driving the process of initial submission to product release, the Manager of Release Management is responsible for managing the people and the processes that govern the quality.

This person is responsible for the direct management of FQA’s Release Managers. The Release Managers are responsible for managing the release of all titles and other content testing by the FQA department. Ensures the proper workload distribution amongst Release Managers, and assists when necessary. Ensures the timely resolution of test result issue specific.

Responsibilities:
• Direct management and mentoring of the Release Managers. Manages test result issue specific discussions. Facilitates and moderates communication between the appropriate people, escalating issues as deemed necessary.
• Monitors title status through communication with various testing Managers, Release Managers, and by viewing test reports.
• Serves as a single point of contact for information related to the status of all titles and other content being processed by Release Managers to FQA management and various entities within and outside of FQA.
