Associate Producer

Description

Assists Producer with day-to-day production and project management responsibilities with a focus on product localization.
Interfaces with external partners to coordinate the timely translation, delivery and integration of all localized content.
Manages all aspects of localization QA process to ensure the accuracy and integration of all localized content.
Identifies and resolves bottlenecks, dependencies and pipeline issues.
Supports PR/Marketing with the creation and distribution of promotional materials
Support all processes that bring a game to market and oversee day-to-day aspects of game development from concept to final submission
Participation in product planning & strategies
Be familiar with markets, trends, market opportunities and competitive products
Assist in preparation of RFP’s (Requests for Proposals)
Review product proposals and bids for work
Assist in preparation of design documents (GDD), Technical Design Documents (TDD), project work plans, schedules and budgets
Assist in prototyping and production process
Assist in evaluation and verification of milestones deliverables and design specifications
Assist in preparation of weekly updates and reports for all assigned projects for company directors
Assist in monitoring timely delivery and verification of archival builds of source code & products from external developers
