T ‘n T… that is what we are looking for – a dynamite! Or as Rog and Re-Run would say Dy-no-mite!” Insomniac Games is looking for a Tools and Tech person to help the new North Carolina office. This firecracker would be researching and developing software systems that promote streamlined workflow, improve runtime efficiency and showcase bleeding-edge game technology for us.

The major Responsibilities of this highly charged position:
• Develops software systems to create new functionality.
• Refactors existing systems to accomodate changing demands.
• Researches and develops new strategies for achieving artistic and technical project goals.
• Analyzes code to find opportunities for improvement.
• Diagnose and implement fixes to errors in programs.
• Writes and maintains documentation of changes to programs and design specifications.
• Creates test applications and runs tests to find errors and confirm that programs meet design specifications.
• Provides technical assistance to team members.
• Communicates regularly with team members to ensure needs are being met.
• Collaborates with team members of all disciplines in order to meet project goals.
