While directly managing a group of Testers and Analysts in the Online testing group, the Online QA Manager is responsible for ensuring that system technical standards and other compliance related rules are enforced, and that the testing is carried out with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
• Direct management and mentoring of the Online QA Testers and Analysts.
• Ensuring that all QA processes are carried out in an efficient and timely manner.
• Monitoring title status, and helping to identify and resolve major and/or pending issues.
• Providing and exchanging information with others in and outside of the department, including:
- Director, FQA - title status, issue escalation, risk management, etc.
- Release Managers - title status, issue identification and resolution, etc.
- FQA Managers - title and general information exchange, process flow, etc.
- First and Third party - title status, issue resolution, issue escalation, title planning and scheduling.
