Description

The Nokia Research Center Hollywood seeks a member of the research staff to design, implement and deliver innovative concepts, demonstrations and working research prototype systems in the area of mobile Mixed Reality. This person must have a deep understanding of one or more areas that support mobile Mixed Reality, such as tracking, MR user interface design, wearable computing, real-time rendering, or MR application and content design. Furthermore, this person needs excellent communication and collaboration skills and the desire and breadth to work in a multi-disciplinary team. This person will be expected to create intellectual property, publish papers, and be actively involved in the research community. The research perspective includes both shorter and longer term aspirations. The ideal candidate should be prolific in creating new concepts and converting them to working prototypes.
