Senior Environment Artist

Description

Midway's Chicago studio is seeking an experienced Senior Environment Artist with an established track record to join one of our teams working on a new and exciting IP. This is an incredible opportunity for you to be involved in a state-of the-art Xbox 360, Playstation 3 and PC product, and work with one of the best teams in the industry! As a senior member of the team you will be critical path for delivering the high-quality content expected from this group. You will have direct influence on the final look of the game through your individual work and some light management.

RESPONIBILITIES:
• Work with Environment Lead to accomplish a wide variety of model/texture and lighting tasks.

• Work with technical staff to help improve existing tools

• Work with senior art staff to facilitate the final look of the environments.

• Light management & mentoring of junior environment artists.

• Work with Design team to solve a variety of issues.
