Lead Outsourcing Artist

Description

Our Austin Studio is seeking a talented, enthusiastic Lead Outsourcing Artist to work with an experienced team creating new worlds for groundbreaking Xbox 360, Playstation 3, and PC titles.

Responsibilities include:

• Work closely with the Art Director and Project Leads and manage their external art vendors on a daily basis.
• Maintain look and feel set by the art director.
• Monitor external asset submissions and maintain a consistent high quality visual direction.
• Seek feedback from his peers and Leads and communicate with external vendors to
ensure a consistent visual quality.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• When necessary visit external studios for training and meetings.
