Sony Computer Entertainment - Santa Monica is seeking a Paralegal work with the team behind the critically acclaimed AAA titles "God of War" and "God of War II."

Responsibilities:
• Draft Nondisclosure Agreements, Work for Hire Agreements, Services Agreements, Promotional Agreements, End User License Agreements, Music Licenses, Talent Agreements, Content Use Licenses, In-Bound Content Licenses, and various other agreements as may be needed to support the Santa Monica production teams.
• Review of video games in development to provide intellectual property clearance, compliance with applicable advertising and privacy laws and compliance with company and industry standards.
• Review of packaging and marketing materials to provide intellectual property clearance, compliance with applicable advertising and privacy laws and compliance with company and industry standards such as ESRB ARC Guidelines.
• Legal administration of promotions including drafting sweepstakes and contest Official Rules, drafting affidavits and releases and reviewing marketing creative for compliance with promotion laws and company and industry standards.
• Perform trademark clearance searches.
