Experienced Animator

Description

Firaxis Games is seeking a Senior Animator for our upcoming project teams. You will work closely with the animation lead and the lead game designer to create a visually compelling animation style within our game. A passion for games and clear knowledge of the principles of animation are a must.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Create gameplay animation that matches the visual style of the game, facilitate tool development, and mentor others
• Rig and animate characters, vehicles and other assets
• Work closely with programmers to establish and refine the animation pipeline
• Set a high bar for the animation team for quality and pace
