IT Administrator

Description

This position is full-time, on-site at our corporate office in Santa Ana. Application is open to those who meet the position requirements, as well as the current federal requirements for eligibility to work in the United States.
- Maintain IT systems and servers to ensure
stability of network traffic.
- Work with Development/QA to maintain test
equipment and software updates.
- Perform a variety of internet programming and
scripting assignments requiring knowledge of
established programming procedures and data
processing requirements.
- Manage network administration and troubleshoot
network/internet problems.
- Maintain email, backup, and test servers.
- Monitor and perform backup of data and handle
storage of backup tapes.
- Oversee after hours on-call schedule.
- Perform in-house computer setup and
troubleshooting.
- Build and maintain product installers on
Windows and Mac OS X platforms.
- Work with Webmaster on small web-based
projects.
- Help test and develop modifications and write
operational instructions.
- Confer with development team to gain
understanding of needed changes or
modifications of existing development
environment.
