Responsibilities:
• Produce innovative, yet easy to use design solutions that address evolving business, technical and user needs
• Define user centric requirements, architect complex application UI, develop rich media interactive prototypes and produce lightweight functional specs within a fast-paced environment
• Solve complex design problems and achieve the highest quality design while pushing the boundaries of rich media online applications


Qualifications:
• 4+ years of experience architecting complex web or software applications and a heavy interaction design or related design discipline
• Must demonstrate outstanding interaction problem solving and UI design
• Understanding of a user-centered design process
• Proven ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional groups
• Strong communications and organizational skills with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment
• Demonstrated high proficiency in leading design tools such as Visio, Photoshop or Fireworks. Experience in DHTML and light programming is a plus
• Solid understanding of the latest Internet trends, business models and technologies
• Game experience is a plus
• Sense of humor is a must
