Sr. Producer

Description

The Senior Producer is the project leader and visionary in the development of PC downloadable and online Web-playable games for Namco Networks. The Senior Producer is responsible for concept creation and design, as well as budgeting, scheduling, tracking development, reporting to management and insuring deliverables are met in a timely manner, along with overseeing and managing direct reports. This person will lead internal teams, interface with management, licensors and marketing, and ensure timely release of high quality games.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all facets of PC downloadable and online Web-playable game production including: scheduling, resource management, internal approvals, asset delivery and production tasks.
• Work closely with creative, engineering, marketing and others to produce casual single player and multiplayer games.
• Manage all reports and documentation for game development projects.
• Identify, schedule and manage appropriate resources for specific development projects.
• Manage development and release schedules across departments.
• Set budgets and timelines for production projects.
• Work with external game development agencies to ensure on time and on budget delivery of projects.
• Supervise testing, QA and other technology related processes.
• Work with marketing team to create marketing materials related to properties.
