RESPONSIBILITIES

•Work with Art Director and Lead Animator and principle members of team to help establish, define, and manage content creation pipelines
•Evaluate and initiate procedures to optimize production and workflow for the animation team
•Create and maintain technical animation pipeline documentation
•Master custom toolsets, and the confines of real-time engine constraints
•Prioritize and handle multiple requests from Art and Engineering
•Understand and provide solutions for technical problems between engineering and animation that arise throughout production
•Skinning/weighting Character assets to various rigs
