Lead Character Artist

We are currently looking for a Lead Character Artist to build and lead a character team.

What will you be doing, you ask?
•Work with the Art Director to contribute to the vision of the artistic goals of the product and then manage the character team to meet those goals.
•Work with the Technical Director and platform leads to develop technical guidelines for assets and then manage the character team to meet those goals.
•Work with the Lead Animator to develop a process and guidelines for optimally rigging the characters.
•Setup an asset creation process that is optimized to keep both artistic and technical consideration in mind.
•Coordinate schedules and deadlines with the Production team.
•Promote a culture of creativity and collaboration that will aid the team in delivering top quality assets.
