CG Production Coordinators and Department APM

Description

The CG Production Coordinators and Department APM work with the Producer and Production Manager to manage the work flow and assets of all cg departments from modeling to compositing. He or she will manage the day-to-day operation of all the departments including crew scheduling, milestones, resources and deadlines to ensure that the production goals are met within the timelines and quality planned. Responsible for tracking artist assignments and digital organization. This person relays pertinent information to production staff and artists regarding schedules and expectations, schedules meetings and takes notes.

The APM continuously evaluates and manages the production schedule. They review and track all aspects of the production process, Identify schedule and workflow variances incurred from approved production schedule and pipeline; recommend corrective action if necessary and prepares recommendations for improvements in the production process to meet the delivery schedule. APM ensures that any changes in the production priority order are followed by all the departments.
