Trapeze Animation Studios Ltd. (TASL) is a leading 2D computer animation studio, founded in 2002. The studio is best known for its Gemini award winning show Doodlez on Nickelodeon and Teletoon, and has a pre-school music show Razzberry Jazzberry Jam! moving into production with CBC. TASL has also done animation work for the likes of Children’s Workshop, Noggin, CBC, PBS, Disney, Procter & Gamble, Mattel and others. The animation studio is located in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island.

This is a senior level position to setup and implement all the technical aspects of 2D digital animation process in the studio and in conjunction with overseas facilities.

You will report directly to the company’s Director of Production (Producer) and work in partnership with the Production Manager, and the studio’s award-winning Director in addition to the broader creative team to help continue building a world-class animation studio. You will also interface with animators as a first line of involvement to solve production issues on a daily basis.
