Job Description and Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain the strategic operation of the Render Farm, memory, CPU usage (with Wrangling team), and Scene/Asset management. Develop, implement and monitor render queuing systems. Advise and assist with bug-fixing of rendering software. Research and develop new custom tools for rendering and render management. Demonstrate production-standard solutions for tool development and rendering. Prior programming experience in MEL/PYTHON/BashScript required. Hands-on experience with RENDERMAN also required.
Requirements:
Report to the Supervisory TD on all production and creative issues.

Exercise strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Be a creative problem-solver.

Develop and troubleshoot the production pipeline offering practical and sound solutions to managers.

Achieve weekly goals and quotas while adhering to the production budget and schedule.

Mentor and offer support to less experienced team members, providing them with guidance and instruction.
