- Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Animation lab is searching for experienced game writer to work on our growing library of unique episodic games. The game writer will be responsible for generation of detailed story and adventures, be part of establishing the vision for a title and working with others across disciplines to maintain that vision throughout production. The ideal candidate should be able to handle implementation tasks as needed. Creative writing skills are more important than they would be for most developers, and ability to multi-task is critical.
Development of fresh, innovative storytelling games, consistent with company game philosophy and vision. Design storyline and dialogs
Writing and/or editing of scripts. Coordination of design tasks and scripting tasks with production team to establish milestone delivery. Communication of design to the rest of the development team
- Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years game Writer experience
At least 2 shipped titles in a design role (Advantage)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Desired Skills and Pluses:
- English at mother tongue level
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Literature or Creative Writing
