Job Description and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Figure Artist to work closely with the Lead Figure Artist to build and texture all animated figures for our next-gen MMO based on provided conceptual designs.

Must have expert knowledge of ZBrush, 3Ds Max, and Photoshop.
Must have a strong understanding of anatomy, form, proportion and silhouette.
Ability to work from concept art and achieve results consistent with the art direction of the game while staying within the technical limitations and pixel/polygon budgets.
The ability to work within an established pipeline is critical. But the ideal candidate should always be looking for ways to improve and streamline our processes.
Excellent modeling and texturing skills.
Basic understanding of shader technologies and terminologies is a plus.
Excellent fine art skills (sketch work and/or 3D concept work).
Good understanding of animation processes.
Game industry and MMO experience a plus.
