Crew Manager

Description

Provides artist management and support services to the facility. Builds and enhances trust of artist population, facility management and production leadership.

Key Responsibilities
• Tracks the performance of individual artists
• Review end dates on productions and review crewing options
• Manages the performance review process
• Negotiates salary and all relevant contract renewal details
• Share and disseminate information on individual artist performance and general welfare
• Interacts with artists to share performance feedback information
• Leads training initiatives
• Coordinates first/last day activity with facility
• Conducts artist exit interviews and disseminates information to all relevant facility and production management personnel.
• Tracks and records data on staff retention/exits to identify trends and share resulting information with management personnel on a regular basis
• Conducts artist exit interviews
• Basic knowledge of production management with artist
