Description

The Digital Artist creates and combines live action and computer generated elements into visual effects shots that realize the vision and creative direction of the client and visual effects supervisor.
Plays a multitude of roles and utilizes a wide range of technical and artistic skills.
Responsibilities may include digital matte painting, texture painting, roto work and compositing.
Perform all tasks associated with the compositing process, including 2D tracking, matte extraction, layering of elements and color grading.
Create high quality digital set extensions, skies, elements and environments.
Work with production team to help establish appropriate methods and accurate estimates on shot production.
Complete work within the bid timeframe while maintaining constant communication with production teams and other artists.
