Guide a team of undergraduate students in the 3D process, expanding the artistic vision, and integrating the web & social networking presence for a “serious game” (currently funded by the United Nations Population Fund). The main goal of the project is to apply game and emergent technologies to build awareness and generate social change around the problem of violence against women. Develop and implement technical solutions to effectively and efficiently support the creation of high quality creative content across multiple game platforms. Define and communicate technical best practices for the creative content staff. Ensure the highest technical standards for creative content development, primarily as it relates to art and animation production for various game platforms and web applications. Act as a liaison between the creative content staff and the programming team, establishing collaborative relationships, technical workflow, and tools that optimize production efficiencies between the groups. Communicate technical aspects of creative content production to other groups within the organization.

This position is currently funded through December 31, 2009 with a possibility for full-time, regular employment.
