Volition is searching for AAA design talent for its next-generation console titles. We need outstanding designers with expertise in gameplay design, scripting and implementation.
Responsibilities

o Design, create, implement, and iterate fun and compelling gameplay.

o Create and maintain detailed, up-to-date specs, asset lists, and other design documents.

o Provide input on the game’s vision and help champion that vision to other team members.

o Keep leads and managers advised of progress on tasks, recommended improvements, and problems encountered.

o Keep up with competitive products and upcoming releases.

o May be tasked with other duties and responsibilities in support of the project design team.
