PRODUCER

We’re looking for a full time, onsite Producer to lead our multi-disciplinary teams through the game development lifecycle, from concept to gold master.

This position works closely with the VP of Production and the project leads to implement the vision, scope, and creative direction as defined by studio management.

As a Producer at Idol Minds, you are responsible for defining scope, planning for milestones and the project, reporting, and execution of the process. Each milestone must be delivered on time and under budget, which is accomplished through balancing scope, time and resources.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with studio management to determine budget, schedule, and resources.
• Lead team of artists, designers and programmers
• Deliver project on time and on budget
• Communicate project goals and status to the team, studio management, and to publishers.
• Coordinate key dates and deliverables with the publisher for integration into the project plan.
