Do you love Halo? Do you want to be part of the creation of a new game in the Halo universe? Are you a programmer with an interest in art/modeling/animation? We are gathering an incredible team to help drive the future of Halo.

The pipeline team is responsible for creating and maintaining the infrastructure that allows artists and designers to turn their vision into reality on the XBox. This includes 3D geometry exporters, custom-made editors, texture exporters, in-game data reloading, and much more. Strong candidates will be able to get up to speed quickly on the current state of the tools, infrastructure, and content creation pipeline. They will also be approachable and able to work with closely with artists and designers to understand their requirements and solve their problems.

Primary responsibilities:
Understanding/enhancing existing engine systems (physics, rendering, AI, gameplay)
Understanding/enhancing commercial digital content-creation packages (Maya, Photoshop)
Designing and delivering code for systems which get necessary data into the game.
Fully maintaining and debugging own sections of code.
