To continue building on its achievements for the future, Ubisoft is looking for new talent for its growing Indian studio in Pune (near Mumbai)!
We are looking for someone who is able to take on the responsibility of leading and piloting the game design activities of a relatively new development studio, becoming a catalyst for the studio’s future growth and projects. We’re particularly interested by someone interested in exploring how to apply their experience to a variety of mass market formats, with the ambition to shape the studio’s current and future game designers.

Responsibilities
- Supervise the game design for all projects developed in the studio, with direct responsibility for one or more games.
- Elaborate the game design vision for the game, translating it into concrete tasks for the team
- Build game concepts and communicate them across the team and the company
- Train junior game designers
- Conceptualize, create and maintain detailed game design documentation throughout the project cycle
- Balance and adjust gameplay experiences to ensure the game’s critical and commercial success
