Developer Support Engineer
Description
The Developer Support Engineer will be the primary technical contact for several of the company's customers. This individual will provide technical assistance and recommendations to customers, and will interact closely with our engineering and sales departments. We require a very technical person with the ability to service senior developers. This role is expected broaden in the future to include support for end-users.
The successful candidate will be a self-managed, individual contributor, although team-orientation is critical. She or he must excel in a hands-on startup environment without the infrastructure of a large company.
We estimate roughly 10% travel in the first few months of coming on board, increasing to approximately 25% averaged over a year. This is a new position in a rapidly changing company, and therefore our needs are subject to change. Candidates should welcome the challenges that come along with such an exciting environment, demonstrating considerable flexibility and the ability to "roll with the punches". This individual will be based in our San Francisco headquarters office.
