Project Manager - Modeling

Description

Responsibilites :

-Follow the progression of the work and the distribution of tasks of the team (team lead or team members) for the deliverables that he is responsible for.

-Develop and optimize the work processes of his team

-Create work estimates for planning

-Prioritize tasks

-Communication to the whole team the objectives, strategies and global information that comes from other groups or project management

-Perform performance evaluations

-Participate in the selection of the members of his team

-Determine with the Associate Producer the time schedule and vacation of his group

-Manage the conflicts within the team, if necessary

-Coordinate and plan the correction of bugs identified by the testers and follow up with the Team Leads

-Create a motivating environment that is also favours technical development and creativity

-Support career development and propose activities for the development and training of interpersonal and technical skills of his team
