The ideal candidate has strong experience in video game programming, especially in artificial intelligence. The candidate must demonstrate good organizational skills, communicate efficiently and must be familiar with risk analysis and planning. The candidate will have to share his time between team management and programming tasks.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage an AI programming team.

Act as a senior programmer and participate in programming high-risk AI elements.

Act as an AI expert on the project. Communicate the task’s progress to the other departments. Answer questions related to AI development.

Plan the AI development.

Identify the risks and estimate the time to accomplish the programming tasks.

Coach and guide the AI programmers throughout the life of the project
