PRODUCER

Description

The Producer is responsible for guaranteeing the budget and schedule of development projects. He manages the communication between the different parties and ensure that the development resources are focused on the right areas.

Major Responsibilities:
• Fully responsible for each game’s product development cycle including concept, budget, pre-production, production, approval, quality assurance, code release, foreign translations and ports
o Defining the game concept in collaboration with development teams
o Defining the milestones’ schedule and content and validating delivered key milestones in relation with the objectives;
o Ensures each games’ quality objectives are met;
o Expertly manage high profile talent;
• Establish a vision and strategy for the development of better quality games
• Manages time efficiently by planning, task prioritization, resource coordination, risk assessment, and proactive problem solving
• Assist in any other assignments as directed by supervising manager
