LEAD PROGRAMMER (CASUAL GAMES) – DS

Description

The Casual Games team of Ubisoft Montreal is currently looking for a Lead Programmer who will be responsible for the supervision and management of the technical development team for a brand new video game project on the DS portable console.

Your main responsibilities are as follows:

•Analysis and development for the DS portable console
•Responsible for the team workflow
•Technical leader and mentor of the team.
•Be the principal link between the different production specialists and the technical team.
•Task planning for team members
•Work in collaboration with technical and development managers of the production teams
•Inform the team members of the strategic orientations and decisions pertaining to the projects or the company
•Responsible for the performance of the team
•Motivation of the team
•Performance evaluation of team members
