Quest Lead

Description

Quest Lead reports to the Content Director and is responsible for leading the team responsible for developing, creating and implementing quest content. Quest team members design, set up and populate the quests within the game to provide the player with engaging challenges and a satisfying narrative. They are accountable for delivering top quality quest content that is consistent with the overall creative vision and story for the game while leading and mentoring the Quest team.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing the 5-10 member team responsible for the design and implementation of quests and other story elements in the game.
• Works with all members of the game team to execute on quest designs.
• Utilizes in-house tools to structure game quests, populating them with characters and items, defining winning conditions and scripting in-game events.
• Updates and maintains documentation.
• Training and mentoring new employees.
