Senior Game Designer

Description

Midway Studios-Austin is looking for a talented senior game designer.

Responsibilities include the creation of game systems, missions and other content. Robust knowledge of past, current and upcoming story/action games is a requirement. Experience with game systems design (on shipped titles) is a requirement.

Other responsibilities include:
• Implementation and revision of gameplay in mission/level environments.
• Creation of game rules and systems that facilitate progressive gameplay dynamics.
• Participation in the development of gameplay prototypes.
• Collaboration with other team members regarding ideas, features and systems.
• Development of game design documentation for associated systems, environments and characters.
