Software Engineer – API Design

Description

DreamWorks Animation is looking for an experienced software engineer with a strong background in API design and implementation within the computer graphics and animation fields.

Responsibilities include interacting closely with application and production engineers to design and implement the API’s common to the applications used in a future feature animation pipeline. The API areas include scene graph, dependency graph, object storage, attribute evaluation and data management technologies. Additional responsibilities include enhancing and supporting current API’s used throughout the studio. Passion, self motivation, good communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
