Responsibilities:

• Finding solutions for complex art and design workflows in collaboration with the department leads
• Providing training and support for artists and level designers
• Anticipating risks,dependencies, critical paths within the project
• Providing feedback on contingency solutions and timelines
• Establishing performance profiling and guidelines
• Communicating ideas with various individuals
• Documentation of new systems and tools
