THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Overall Objective:

To further learn/develop real estate / homebuilding copywriting skills, with emphasis on creative direction on print, direct mail, OOH, digital and broadcast advertising projects. A great position for seasoned, motivated individuals willing to help junior copywriters, copywriters and creative directors in all aspects of the retail creative copywriting and production in the retail homebuilding advertising sector.

To aid in the planning, development and implementation of copy for print, direct mail, OOH, digital and broadcast advertising, including talent and audio direction, as well as a teacher to junior level copywriters.

General Duties:

Teaching the basics to junior copywriters and assist creative directors with creative development and copywriting for numerous regions
Take information/data from account team to generate effective copy for our homebuilding account.
Transcribing information supplied by Account Services into copy-ready form for use in ads.
To make minor changes/corrections to existing advertising scripts.
To proof their work and confirm that copy instructions are executed accurately and to spell check jobs before submission.
To meet assigned deadlines, or notify supervisors of possible conflicts.
To advance their knowledge of creative writing for various media (i.e. Print, Broadcast, Web), activation techniques, and state legal
requirements for advertising.
To maintain file servers and computers in proper order, as stated in the Manual for Standard Operating Procedures.
