We are looking for a top flight designer to help drive our game design and development efforts. Someone who understands fundamental design principles, can internalize and manage the big picture, knows how to “find the fun,” and communicates well with all disciplines.

Responsibilities:
- Work directly with leads/directors to maintain Blue Fang’s creative vision.
- Design, implement, and maintain major design systems through the life of a project.
- Create design documentation, functional specs, email summaries, or whatever is necessary to communicate a design feature and get it into the game.
- Collaborate with art, audio, and engineering departments in order to deliver high quality game experiences.
