Executive Producer

Description

Xbox LIVE is seeking an experienced Executive Producer to join the senior leadership team and drive significant development of new games and intellectual property for our service. Xbox LIVE is over 10M members strong and growing and is a leading digital and online gaming innovator. The Executive Producer will be responsible for the strategic, business and creative vision of several AAA titles built to take advantage of our growing online network. This position reports directly to the General Manager for Xbox LIVE.

Responsibilities:
• Drive production schedules for all titles and ensure all titles hit quality, date, and cost targets.
• Manage a team of producers overseeing several games and franchises
• Manage the product P&Ls for individual games on the Xbox LIVE service
• Develop the strategic direction around IP, licensing, new development and ensure the thorough integration of ww marketing and sales plans into production plans
