Lead Unity Programmer
Seeking an experienced engineer to develop all major systems in a new vehicle-physx-focused open world 3d project built in Unity and leveraging DOTS, ECS, and the Burst compiler. Join a small highly collaborative cross disciplinary team.
This is a full time position, either in our studio in Venice, CA (free coffee) or remote (byo coffee).
Responsibilities
Requirements
Experience building open world systems (streaming content, garbage collection, pathfinding)
Ability to write c++ plugins for Unity
Experience working in a team environment
Must have gameplay-specific experience in videogames (Independent, AAA, even hobby/side projects... anything we can play)
Would be great if...
You have used DOTS, ECS, and the Burst Compiler in a project and agree that it is The Right Way To Do Things
You have a PHD in PhysX
You have shipped on consoles
