Director of Student Media

Description

SCAD seeks a Director of Student Media to ensure the proper planning, supervision, development, and assessment of SCAD’s student media office to enhance the mission of SCAD.

In this position, you will advise all student media publications, including SCAD District, SCADRadio.org, The Manor, The Honey Dripper, and the website and print production of the Port City Review, the annual student-reviewed arts journal.

The ideal candidate has a familiarity with WordPress and digital publishing, as well as experience in a fast-paced, dynamic office environment. Prior experience in a college setting preferred. The candidate should also have excellent customer service and organizational skills and teaching/training experience.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with professional experience in media and/or journalism
